Will you be at MRO Latin America 2025 Feb. 4-5? The event is focused on commercial aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul, and MRO Latin America is the best place for operators, OEMs, MROs and suppliers from the Latin American region to gather and network.

In 2024, more than 88% of the 540+ registered attendees were purchasing decision-makers and influencers, and the event hosted 48 service providers and representatives from 30 countries.

The conference spans two days. Day one kicks off with a comprehensive overview of Panama City-headquartered Copa Airlines. CEO Pedron Heilbron will discuss the airline's strategic mission, including its planned expansion of routes and fleet enhancement.

His presentation will touch on leadership and best management practices that guide the organization and the evolving workforce of the future. He will talk about training programs aimed at future recruitment and ensuring a skilled and adaptable team.

Following his insights, Aviation Week Network will welcome back Jonathan Berger, managing director of Alton Aviation Consultancy, to focus on major aviation industry trends and the resulting implications for airlines, OEMs and MRO suppliers. In addition, he'll provide an overview of Alton’s 10-year fleet & MRO forecast and its annual Latin American top 10 list.

The next session will be an interactive discussion on supply chain, with leading OEM representatives from Embraer and Airbus. Submit your questions ahead of time.

After lunch there will be an airline MRO panel discussing best practices for enhancing an MRO operation. Hear from experts from our sponsor, Delta TechOps, Copa Airlines, Azul and Aspire MRO.

The last session of the day asks how Latin America can develop a stronger MRO market.
