FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2020-07-14 for certain Boeing 747-100s, -100Bs, -100B SUDs, -200Bs, -200Cs, -200Fs, -300s, -400s, -400Ds, -400Fs, SRs, and SPs, requiring replacement of the bonding jumpers on the auxiliary power unit fuel pump and, for certain airplanes, installation of a second bonding jumper, inspection of the override-jettison fuel pumps and transfer-jettison fuel pumps to determine if the bonding jumper has a one-piece braid or two-piece braid and replacement of the bonding jumper if necessary, and replacement of the bonding jumper on the electrical scavenge fuel pump, effective May 18, 2020.
