Hourly flown figures for the leading business aviation carriers – extracted from Aviation Week Network’s Tracked Aircraft Utilization – show that NetJets, Flexjet, Wheels Up and FlyExclusive all experienced a Q1 2025 utilization superior to the same period of 2024. Only VistaJet experienced a slight YoY decrease (-1%). Meanwhile, all five operator totals were well above Q1 2019.
Significantly larger in fleet size to the other featured operators, NetJets cumulated just over 180,000 hrs. during the period, having flown more than 55,000 hrs. per month consistently for 14 months in a row. The leading business carrier reached a record high of just over 65,000 hrs. in March 2025 alone.
