Meet The Winners: Jet2.com

Jet2.com is the UK’s third-largest airline, flying to more than 75 beach, city and ski destinations across Europe, the Canaries and the Mediterranean. With 13 bases across the UK—including new bases at London Luton Airport and Bournemouth Airport in 2025—Jet2.com reaches 85% of the UK population within a 90-min. drive.

For summer 2025, Jet2.com will operate 135 aircraft across more than 575 routes, adding new destinations such as Jerez, Spain, and Pula, Croatia. The airline also has more than 140 aircraft on order to support its future growth.

Jet2.com works closely with 80 airports and 110 tourism partners through a dedicated airports and tourism organizations team, a collaborative approach that contributed to its Routes Awards success

“It’s a massive thanks to all our airport and tourism partners,” said Janice Mather, head of airports and tourism organizations at Jet2.com. “To be named the best airline for the second year in a row at an event like Routes is just amazing.”

The airline and its sister company Jet2holidays also emphasize sustainability, aiming for net zero emissions by 2050. Initiatives include powering 99% of its ground service equipment with electricity by 2035 and expanding its Certified Sustainable Hotels collection to at least 3,000 properties.

As a Routes 360 member, Jet2.com regularly uploads its fleet and route information to help streamline meetings and collaboration at Routes events.
