Mississippi’s First Electric Aviation Charging Station

BETA Technologies and Avflight have partnered with Golden Triangle Regional Airport (GTR) to commission Mississippi’s first electric aviation charging station. GTR installed a Level 3 fast-charger on the air side of the fence and one Level 2 charger for electric vehicles on the parking side. According to GTR, BETA’s charging stations are multimodal and designed with “the combined charging system standard to prioritize vehicle compatibility.”
