Cathay Pacific has welcomed a new report on sustainable aviation fuel that proposes a wide range of measures to encourage the use of such fuel in Hong Kong.

Funded by Hong Kong-based Greater Bay Area Investments and Development for $225 million, Bokeo International Airport has an initial 50-year concession period.

Hong Kong will join Indian full-service carrier Vistara’s network from late October.

The Hong Kong government will take a minority stake in the airline.
