Virgin Australia has named Dave Emerson to replace Jayne Hrdlicka as its CEO, more than a year after Hrdlicka announced she intended to step down.

ITP had been wholly owned by Rolls since 2016.

Spanish defense electronics supplier Indra is taking a stake in compatriot ITP Aero, the aero-engine company sold off by Rolls-Royce in 2021.

The carrier plans to serve a host of countries in the Americas.
