The two-year-old airline plans to launch its first service to the UK with a 6X-weekly service between Milan Bergamo to London Southend beginning March 25.

Aeroitalia, which launched operations in 2022, will open service between Milan Bergamo Airport (BGY) and London Southend Airport (SEN) in March.

Aeroitalia wants to increase its presence in Rome Fiumicino as a kind of hub, to boost its network.

Aeroitalia President German Efromovich highlighted the opportunity for the Italian carrier in the wake of several airline closures in Italy.

The carrier intends to serve 10 domestic and eight international points from the Italian airport.
