EASA has issued airworthiness directive 2019-0297 for Airbus A340-541s, -542s, -642s and -643s, requiring inspection of wing lower skin covers at rib bays, effective December 23, 2019.
EASA has issued safety information bulletin NE-19-16 for Avidyne SkyTrax6XXA software traffic advisory system warning of failure to display traffic.

EASA has issued airworthiness directive 2019-0299 for Rolls-Royce Deutschland BR700-710A1-10s, -710A2-20s and -710C4-11s, requiring life limit reduction and replacement of high pressure turbine stage 1 discs, effective December 24, 2019.
EASA has issued proposed airworthiness directive 19-211 for Fokker F28 Mark 0100s, requiring inspection of fuselage frame inboard boom, effective 14 days after airworthiness directive is issued.

EASA has issued proposed airworthiness directive 19-212 for CFM56-5Bs, -5Cs and -7Bs, requiring replacement of rotating air high pressure turbine front seal, effective 14 days after airworthiness directive is issued.
EASA has issued airworthiness directive 2019-0301 for Airbus A350-1041s and -941s, requiring modification of aileron and elevator electro-hydrostatic actuators and amending aircraft flight manual, effective December 26, 2019.


FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2019-22-09 for certain Boeing 787-8s, requiring repetitive surface high frequency eddy current inspections of the left and right side main landing gear aft hanger link lug fitting for cracking, and applicable on-condition actions, effective January 13, 2020.
FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2019-23-12 for all Boeing 737-300s, -400s, and -500s, requiring applying sealant to the fasteners in the fuel tanks, replacing wire bundle clamps external to the fuel tanks, and installing Teflon sleeving under the clamps, effective January 13, 2020.



FAA has issued special airworthiness information bulletin CE-19-19, advising that there is an issue with certain ground stations properly detecting and tracking aircraft equipped with Rockwell Collins TDR-94 -94D ATC/Mode S transponders.
FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2019-23-07 for certain Boeing 787-8s, 787-9s and 787-10s, requiring installing an insert to prevent installation of down-lock pin in the incorrect location in the apex pin inner bore of the nose landing gear lock link assembly, effective January 16, 2020.


FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2019-23-15 for certain Airbus Canada Limited Partnership CS100s, requiring revising the existing maintenance or inspection program, as applicable, to incorporate new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations, effective January 16, 2020.
FAA has issued airworthiness directive 2019-23-13 for certain Airbus A320-251Ns and A321-253Ns, requiring replacement of the pylon block seals, effective January 16, 2020.


The Federal Air Transport Agency of the Russian Federation has issued airworthiness directive 2019-FATA-01020A-05 for Sukhoi RRJ-95Bs and -95LR-100s, requiring inspection and replacement of wing outer wing slat section diaphragms, effective June 27, 2019.
The Federal Air Transport Agency of the Russian Federation has issued airworthiness directive 2019-FATA-01020A-06 for Sukhoi RRJ-95Bs and -95LR-100s, requiring inspection and replacement of wing link of track of slat section, effective August 5, 2019.
