
The Airbus A350 XWB officially kicked off its Americas Demo Tour at São Paulo-Guarulhos International Airport in Brazil.

The A350 XWB’s Americas Demo Tour, which officially began July 8 at Brazil’s São Paulo-Guarulhos International Airport, included stops in Campinas, Brazil and Bogota, Colombia before heading to the US July 14.

The A350 XWB that visited Brazil’s São Paulo-Guarulhos International Airport as part of its Americas Demo Tour is an Airbus flight test aircraft fitted with a two-class cabin and special onboard flight test equipment.

Arriving from São Paulo, the A350 XWB landed in Campinas, Viracopos International Airport, Brazil for the first time as part of its Demo Tour across the Americas. The flight test aircraft traveled to Bogota on July 9, where it completed the Latin America portion of its Demo Tour before heading to the US.

On its US demonstration tour, the Airbus A350 XWB stopped in Atlanta, Newark, Chicago, Milwaukee and at the EAA AirVenture air show in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
