Tuesday World Routes Special - New Judging Panel For Routes Marketing Awards
Bob Hill, director route planning at American Airlines, was one of six judges on the all-new judging panel for the World Routes Marketing Awards sponsored by OAG, which took place at the Gala Networking Evening at World Routes last night.
The other five judges who recognised the outstanding marketing efforts of Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Edmonton International Airport, Auckland Airport and Brussels Airport were: Mike Malik, chief commercial officer, UBM Aviation; Dave Stroud, senior vice president, Routes Events; Mike Berman, vice president commercial, RDG; Germal Singh Khera, general manager government & industry relations, Malaysia Airlines and Buddy Anslinger, network planner, formerly with Continental Airlines.
Hill said: "I've always known the airport air service development role is as challenging as the airline network planning responsibility. I'm impressed with the dedication, application of new technology, creativity, determination, and confidence among the contestants".
