With Routes Africa less than one month away the latest airline to confirm that they will deliver a Route Exchange briefing in the Seychelles Arik Air, the sixth largest carrier in Africa. Lanre Bamgbose, AVP – Alliances and Business Development for Arik Air will deliver a presentation on their network strategy as Nigeria’s leading carrier.
Arik Air is the third carrier to sign up to hold a Route Exchange Airline Briefing at Routes Africa and joins other airlines who will discuss their various plans for developing air service. Keith Green, Manager Network Planning for South African Airways will present South African Airways’ future network development plans whilst Alan Renaud, General Manager Corporate Affairs for Air Seychelles will provide an overview of Air Seychelles and its network strategy following the company’s recent restructure and investment by Etihad Airways.
These ever popular Route Exchange Airline Briefings given by senior network planners are an opportunity not to be missed. They will allow airports attending to gain an overview of the carriers, allowing them to view, first-hand, what information the airline requires from the airports when making route proposals.
Further briefings are expected to be confirmed over the next few weeks and places are limited so airport delegates should contact Simon Baxendale, Scheduling Manager for Routes to add briefings to your diary of pre-scheduled meetings.
