NETWORK STRATEGY
easyJet has transitioned its business model over a period of time, and has moved away from its low-cost core. Whilst still offering low fares and a low cost product, easyJet has positioned itself as a low-cost carrier that aims to serve primary airports. In terms of scheduled seat capacity it is the second largest operator at Paris Charles de Gaulle and is the largest weekly seat operator at London Gatwick and Milan Malpensa.
