This week we highlight the Indonesian domestic market which has seen rapid growth during the period with the number of annual flights growing 201.7 per cent from 159,094 to 480,019 last year and seat capacity increasing by a massive 496.1 per cent from 12.08 million in 1982 to 72.04 million in 2011.
