Airline In Focus: Volotea
Volotea is a European LCC, formed Vueling's founders Carlos Munoz and Lazaro Ros. Headquartered in Barcelona, the carrier launched flights from Venice in April 2012, selecting the city as its first operating base. Volotea provides point-to-point services to destinations in Europe and North Africa.
Volotea is one of the airlines registered to attend the 2025 Routes Europe event in Seville, Spain. Carlos Munoz will also be taking part in an exclusive CEO keynote interview.
